Synopsis:
Told through young Chromy's eye, we learn the history of Lizardtown; a town uniformly rooted in traditions and conformity. We also meet his parents, who are somewhat legends, making him a legacy kid as well as a mixed species lizard as his mother is a Frill-necked lizard and his father is a Chameleon.

As Chromy grows older he experiences all the things that come with adolescence. In Lizardtown on the road to adulthood, all young reptiles and amphibians experience the rite of passage known as coming of age, which culminates at The Chameleon Man March, where creatures gather to show off their newly changed selves and adapted abilities.

Unfortunately for Chromy as times draw nearer to the march, he seems to be the only lizard not coming of age, despite his best efforts. Will Chromy come of age just in time or if he doesn't, what kind of fate awaits him?
